Sarah Jessica Parker talks about the daunting responsibility of producing a movie.
So the 3rd time was the charm. I was finally able to see Sex and The City. You know what? I loved it and I hated it. I loved seeing the amazing fashion. I hated how looooooong it was. I hated Jennifer Hudson's acting. Sorry, I know people love her. I just don't she's any good. But you KNOW I cant wait for the sequel.
So it's Sunday and my friend PJ picks me up to watch the Sex and the City movie at the Arclight. I assumed he bought tickets. He assumed tickets would be available because of all the back to back showings of it. Not the case. Every showing SOLD OUT! So what next? Were already out so we decide to go to my favorite restaurant Dominick's. We get seated and guess who's having dinner? - Carrie and Standford AKA Sarah Jessica Parker and her co-star Willie Garson. No joke. I was freaking out. My back was facing them so I had PJ give me a play by play. FYI she looked amazing. Sporting some fabulous arm candy. GOGOGO. It made my night. Life's funny like that.
The girls of Sex and The City have been on a crazy world promo tour. Now the girls have ended it where it all began, New York City. I of course was supposed to be at this premiere if not for the broken promise of my close friend I will not name. This town (Hollywood) is built on them. Any-who my favorite of the night is going to be Sarah Jessica Parker. My favorite through out the promotional tour has to be Cynthia Nixon. Hands down the worst dressed of everything went to Kim Catrall. Now, if your anything like me you can't wait to see this movie. I may pop a few sleeping pills until the big day so I don't have to deal with the anxiety of it all.
SJK is jumping on that promotion train. With her Sex And The City movie coming out late May she is going to be everywhere. Here is Sarah Jess on the cover of the May 2008 issue of French Elle Magazine.
SJP is promoting her new movie Smart People also starring Dennis Quaid and Ellen Page. I case you didnt know Sarah has a clothing line called Bitten that is super super affordable. SJP's Manifesto is, "It is every woman's inalienable right to have a pulled-together stylish, confident wardrobe with money left over to live." I think it's a great thing and is a sort of testament to Sarah's character.
