Newly proud parents Nicole Richie and Joel Madden gave birth to baby girl Harlow Winter Kate Madden. Wow, if that ain't a long name I don't know what is.

Harlow Winter was born Friday at the best place to have a baby, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and weighed 6 lbs 7oz

Wonder how much the first shots of baby Harlow will be? Well, congratulations to Nicole and Joel.
