This is great that Katy Perry did a diary. I had to miss the whole event, but now that I watched her video diary, I really feel like I was there. Thanks for that KP!
Here is a picture I took of sylist/designer/blogger/photographer/co-host Johnny Wujekfiguring out Halloween options. This was option # 4. Check out his blog JohnYourMark.
Sarah Silverman is a genius. I love her comedic timing and just how she can act of anyone. I worked on dressing Sarah for People Magazine's Most Beautiful People shoot alongside Johnny Wujek. She was so nice and fun to work with. Yeah me!
Don't forget to TiVo The Sarah Silverman Program on Comedy Central Thursdays at 10:30pm/9:30 central.
KATY PERRY PERFORMING "I KISSED A GIRL" ON "SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE"
Katy looked great in her yellow 1930's vintage jumper with silver stars and vintage green belt. Shoes and earrings by Betsy Johnson. We love Betsy! Charmed bracelet by Fifi and Romeo. Bella loves all things Fifi and Romeo. You know she's snagging that from KP.
The boys/the band looked so GQ. I like to think I wasJohnny Wujek's muse for this look. The boys rocked fitted H&M white dress shirts. Vintage Tuxedo tails with vintage ties and broches. High tops by Supra and you know this is all me because I rock these everyday. Great job Johnny!!! We love us some Wujek!!!
Let's please bring some attention to this tranny mess of a hair-do going on with Cat Deeley! Look at the begining of this video when she turns to introduce Katy - It looks like she released a gang of wild alley cats back there. Eek!
Can't forget her hair stylist Aaron Light for making Katy look like katy and stylist Melissa Woodbury for aiding Johnny in this magical journey.
So I write about Katy Perry and well it has been a Katy P packed week. It started off with stylist Johnny Wujek and I teaming up again to style Katy Perry's record release party. That meant styling Katy, Perez Hilton, four band members, two models, Katy's super assistant and friend Susanna Sansone, Pierre Baltadano, and Andrew Garfield. So you can say we had our hands full. For Katy we had three changes: Arrival, Performance, and after party. Her arrival we did a Mermaid-esque gypsy look with a pink, sequined costume top and a tight green high wasted skirt by Elsie Katz paired with green, sequined shoes by Mui Mui. For Perez Hilton, we did a Harold Zedler ring master inspration. We filmed Perez's fitting for Myspace Fashion's The Fit so look out for that. Katy 2nd look was an ice cream dress by Jeremy Scott. Pink shoes by converse.
Katy's 3rd and final look was a yellow music note dress by Jeremy Scott and black and white bleeding shoes by Sergio Rossi
I was a Giant tomato, was meant to be a cherry, looked more like an apple. Shoes by Supra... You're welcome!
If you haven't picked up the latest issue of Flaunt Magazine, you might just be missing out on what Issue #93 has to offer. It's our favorite indie boy Emile Hirsch. Emile talks to Flaunt about doing a big budget movie and the challenge of working with a green screen on Speed Racer.
Issue #93 also shares a few behind-the-scenes shots of Mila Kunis who is best know for her role as Jackie on That 70's Show and as the voice of Meg on Family Guy. Beautiful Mila has effortlessly moves from the small screen to the big screen in Forgetting Sarah Marshall.
Excuse # 1. Katy Katy Katy. As some of you may know my best friend Katy Perry's star has been rising quite fast lately and she's had photo shoot after photo shoot. So I've teamed up with super fashionista Johnny Wujek to style Miss Perry. Because, contrary to popular belief, that look does not come easy. As her sister Angela Hudson Perry says, "It takes a village to raise a Katy." As the divine miss Marilyn Monroe would say, "It isn't easy being Marilyn Monroe even if you are Marilyn Monroe". Excuse# 2. That damn insurance has yet to cough up the FEDS for me to buy a new laptop. Eew. I was like, "Y'all stingy! It ain't no baby tiger...it's just a laptop!" Excuse# 3. The Damn Internet in my F-N apartment is down, and it’s so time consuming to call the F-N phone company. I promise from this very moment to put more conscious effort and time into giving y'all the newest and best shit for your fix.
This a little behind the scenes action that Stylist Johnny Wujek took and Katy P put on her blog.
On Tuesday, March 11, 2008 I assisted the amazingly talented Wujek in styling our little Lolita for her Album shoot. Look for billboards this summer. You're welcome!
Johnny Wujek and I spotted Ru Paul at the H&M Beverly Center. In the women's section of course but dressed as a man. Also spotted looking a hot mess, but we kind of lover her, Eva from Top Model. Yes Y'all it went down at the Bev Center.
